Peninsula Vineyard Church has recently moved in to larger premises in Brookvale, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney to provide additional space for our expanding ministries and services.

The church is part of the Vineyard Church denomination which has seen tremendous growth worldwide over the past 30 years. The Vineyard has been labeled by some as a church in the “radical middle” because of its emphasis on both strong bible teaching but also the leading and encouragement of the Holy Spirit in its services and meetings.

Some of our values as a Vineyard Church are:

• The Bible is central to our teaching, faith and life. This has to do with simple life-orientated teaching and Biblical exposition.
• Worship is our highest priority. This relates to our regular corporate worship that is personal, intimate and non-manipulative.
• Spiritual gifts are in every believer and they are to be identified, evoked and exercised for the common good. Vineyard Churches are more gift-based than organisation-based.
• Training is fundamental to our church. Vineyard aim to equip the saints for the work of ministry.
• Signs and wonders are a normal and regular part of Church life. Members are encouraged into a ministry of compassion and power in terms of healing and wholeness and released to complete the supernatural works of God to those around them.

Ministry to the poor, evangelism and local and overseas missions are all part of what the Vineyard believes and practices.

The radical element of the Vineyard is that all is focused through meaningful relationships. It is said of the Vineyard that coming to a service is like coming home… Come and experience a service for yourself.
